I describe all items as accurately as possible and take good detailed pictures, however, the major problem with online buying is that you can  not physically see the item before purchase. For this reason I will happily refund your money on return of the item, without question, if you feel that my description of the item is not accurate.

Postage Policy

I aim to ship at the safest possible way and will quote actual postage costs.  I use SwissPost Registered package and SwissPost TNT (For packages over 2kg) as these tend to give the cheapest and most secure options. I pack all items very thoroughly (take a look at my feedback), and very important, all my items are automatically insured for the full value of your purchase, so you don't have to worry about your money.

Shipping is Normally done every Monday.

Delays and customs duty

I cannot be held responsible for the delays of various countries postal services due to customs delays, etc, (the US customs has implemented heavy security checks on all packages entering the USA), so please allow extra time for delivery.

Switzerland does not form part of the European Union. Therefore, import customs duty might be charged in some European (EU) countries.
